Lot A — where your reserved vehicle is parked — is located roughly 30 yards from the terminal entrance.

Rental desks at HPN operate from 8:00 AM through 11:00 PM every single day of the year, including holidays and weekends.

Passengers arriving outside these hours can still return their vehicle using the secure key deposit box located at the arrivals counter.

After-hours key return requires no staff attendance and is available around the clock, seven days a week.

New York State regulations permit vehicle rental starting at age 18.

Renters between the ages of 18 and 20 are subject to a young driver surcharge of approximately $84 per rental day.

Drivers aged 21 through 24 pay a reduced young driver fee of approximately $35 per rental day.

Renters aged 25 and older are charged standard base rates with no additional surcharges. Driver age can be selected in the booking widget during reservation.

Debit cards carrying a Visa or MasterCard logo are conditionally accepted for renters aged 25 and older — subject to a credit verification process at the counter.

A credit card is still required at vehicle pickup for the security hold against your account. This hold is released upon return.

Prepaid debit cards and gift cards cannot be used as identification at any HPN rental counter during pickup.

In-U.S. debit or check cards may be used at the end of the rental period to settle remaining charges.

All vehicles in the HPN fleet are compatible with E-ZPass electronic toll collection systems used throughout the Tri-State area.

If you use electronic toll lanes, a daily facility charge of $5.95–$6.95 is applied automatically in addition to the actual toll amount.

You may opt out of the electronic toll service entirely. In that case, toll booths accepting cash are still available on most Westchester County roadways.

Renters with their own E-ZPass transponder may use it in the vehicle — confirm compatibility with the counter agent at pickup time.

Advance reservations made 7 to 14 days before your HPN arrival consistently yield the lowest available daily rates across all vehicle classes.

Walk-up same-day counter bookings typically command significantly higher prices due to reduced inventory and demand-based pricing.

Economy and Compact vehicles at HPN currently start at $34/day when reserved ahead of time — this rate is not guaranteed for day-of bookings.
